Exchanges, refunds, and returns
Amor Macarons does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges because of the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we have no control over how they are handled and transported after they leave our store. Please email us at amormacaronofficial@gmail.com if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and believe it does not live up to your expectations. Within two days of the day you picked up your order, send in the following details: product and packaging images taken from all sides, a thorough description of the problem, and details on how your item was stored and transported. We will try our best to resolve any issues and ensure that your Amor macaron experience is excellent.
Since our food is perishable, any claims made after the 48-hour deadline for pick-up or without the correct order number, pictures, transit details, and storage information will not be eligible for a reimbursement or reorder. A credit or reorder will be given by Amor Macarons, depending on the circumstances.
Large Quantities and Special Orders
Please contact Amormacaronofficial@gmail.com at least two weeks (14 days) before the desired pick-up date with the day you would want your order to be delivered, the quantities needed, and the flavors you would like. This is especially important for special orders and large quantities. The options that best fit your needs will be presented to you by our team.
